T refl ection on the triumph of togetherness. As the past is etched 15
by the determination and devotion of our illustrious patriots, so the
future will be designed by the promise held by our young progeny.
Silver Hills Public school celebrated Independence Day with great
zeal, in an attempt to keep the memories of our brave freedom fighters
alive and to kindle the spirit of patriotism in our young learners.
The chief guest of the event was Col. Navin Benjit, who hoisted the
national flag in the school quadrangle. The Independence Day message
was delivered by Major Pavan Kumar Yadav, the guest of honour.
This was followed by a spectacular performance put forward by our
students in honour of our incredible nation. A display by 122 Infantry
Battalion TA Madras, was held on 7 August as a curtain raiser to the
Independence Day celebrations.
