VISAGES 2024-25: The Annual Cultural Fest of Silver Hills Public School, Kozhikode

Silver Hills Public School, renowned for its academic success and excellence in arts festivals, once again demonstrated its cultural vibrancy with the successful organisation of  VISAGES 2024-25, the school’s annual cultural fest. Held over two days, the event served as a dynamic platform for students to showcase their talents in various artistic and cultural competitions. The fest took place on the school campus, with an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm permeating the event.

VISAGES is more than just a cultural celebration; it is an arena where students from Silver Hills Public School compete in a wide variety of events. The winners of these events earn the opportunity to represent the school at district and state-level competitions, contributing to the school's outstanding track record in arts festivals across Kerala.

The event was inaugurated by Fr Augustine K Mathew CMI, the Manager of Silver Hills Public School, and headed by Fr Mathew Kalappurayil CMI, the Principal. Both Fathers emphasise the importance of cultural activities in holistic education, encouraging students to excel not only academically but also artistically.
The organising committee was led by Ms Nasini, the convenor of VISAGES 2024-25.

VISAGES 2024-25 featured a broad spectrum of competitions, catering to the diverse talents of the students. The events included Folk and Classical Dances, Musical Competitions, Painting Competitions, Speech Competitions and Extempore, Anchoring and Presentation Competitions, Mono Act and Mimicry,
Recitation etc. Each competition was met with enthusiastic participation, and the students showcased their talents with great passion and skill.

The two-day cultural fest concluded with resounding success, marking yet another milestone in the school's history of excellence in arts. The unwavering support from the staff, students, and parents played a crucial role in making VISAGES 2024-25 a triumph. The sense of community and teamwork was evident as everyone worked together to make the event a memorable one.
