Silver Hills Public School, Kozhikode has made its 25th anniversary celebrations even more special by retaining the top position in the state-level CBSE Sahodaya Complex School Kalolsavam. The school's outstanding performance earned a total of 202 points, securing the coveted Gold Cup and upholding the reputation as a hub of excellence.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the school's unwavering commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence. Devagiri CMI Public School Kozhikode, from Malabar Sahodaya, put up a spirited fight, securing second place with 156 points, while SN Vidya Bhavan Senior Secondary School, Chentrappinni from Thrissur Central Sahodaya rounded off the top three with 128 points.
Silver Hills delivered strong performances across multiple categories, securing commanding positions in Category 1 (24 points), Category 2 (6 points), Category 3 (42 points), Category 4 (42 points), and Common (88 points), ultimately clinching the top spot in the overall rankings. Silver Hills Public School also emerged victorious in the aggregate category, securing an impressive overall score of 540 points. Malabar Sahodaya topped the Sahodaya level with 1635 points. Thrissur Sahodaya (1612) and Thrissur Central Sahodaya (1563) secured the second and third positions respectively in this category.
The CBSE State Kalotsav, the flagship event of the Confederation of Kerala Sahodaya Complexes, united over 10,000 students from 1,700 schools across 30 Sahodayas spanning 14 districts, in a grand celebration of talent and competition. This five-day extravaganza, held from November 12th to 15th, 2025, featured 140 events across 35 vibrant stages, pushing the state's brightest young talents to their limits. Silver Hills' exceptional consistency across this diverse range of challenges underscored the school's unyielding commitment to excellence, solidifying its position as the undisputed champion.
