Silver Celesta Shines Bright: Silver Hills Public School Celebrates Silver Jubilee and Annual Day

In a dazzling display of talent, devotion, and academic excellence, Silver Hills Public School, the beacon of knowledge, celebrated the valedictory meeting of the Silver Jubilee and Annual Day on 22 January 2026. The valedictory meeting of Silver Celesta, the year-long Silver Jubilee celebration, was a grand culmination of 25 years of illuminating young minds.

The program was inaugurated by Mar Remigiose Inchananiyil, Bishop of Thamarasseri Diocese, who eloquently said, "Education is the process of bringing in light of knowledge from the darkness of ignorance. Silver Hills is an exemplary example of this, shining bright like a lighthouse in the educational landscape." He extended his warm wishes for the Silver Jubilee celebrations.

Rev Fr Dr Biju John Vellakkada CMI, Provincial, St Thomas Province Kozhikode, delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the value of education: "Education is not just about acquiring knowledge, but about cultivating compassion, integrity, and wisdom. As Silver Hills completes 25 years, it stands as a testament to the transformative power of education" - stated Rev Fr Dr Biju John Vellakkada. He urged students to be agents of change and values. 

Chief Guest Mr Aju Varghese, renowned cine artist, praised Silver Hills: "The school's commitment to excellence is evident in its vibrant culture and outstanding achievements. I'm honored to be part of this celebration!" He lauded the school's efforts in nurturing talents and creating sublime youth.

Rev Fr Mathew Kalapurayil CMI, Principal, conveyed his message: "As we celebrate our Silver Jubilee, we reaffirm our commitment to nurturing young minds and shaping a brighter future" - declared the Principal. He expressed his gratitude to all the stakeholders and congratulated everybody. 

Felicitations were offered by Mr Binu Mathew, President PTA, and a heartfelt vote of thanks by Zia Muhammed Anees, Headgirl SHPS. 

The ceremony also honored staff members who completed 20 years of dedicated service. The evening was filled with captivating arts events, showcasing the incredible talent of Silver Hills students. The PTA and parents also contributed to the event's success with great enthusiasm and participation.

As Silver Hills Public School embarks on the next chapter, the Silver Celesta celebration will be etched in memories forever – a testament to the school's unwavering commitment to excellence and the bright future ahead!
