Gearing up for the year ahead through emotional and mental well being

Clinical psychologist, motivational speaker and innovative curriculum consultant Aarti C Rajaratnam delivered an interactive session with students and staff of the higher secondary classes on the topic Gearing Up for The Year Ahead  through Emotionaland Mental Well being.
The online session was held on 16 June. Aarti  gave tips to students on how to improve attention span and focus during online classes, how to purposefully de-stress and how to take care of oneself while forming friendships in adolescence. She  also answered questions from students at the end of her talk. Fr John Mannarathara, Principal addressed the gathering. Fr Augustine Kanjirathumkunnel, Administrator, Silver Hills Institutions offered felicitations as did Fr Shijo Kanjirathingal, Principal, Christ School, Poonch and Ms Biji Suresh, faculty.The gathering was welcomed by Ms Jyothi Krishnan Unni.
Ms Sinu Tara Cherian delivered the vote of thanks. A dancewas performed by student Anjali Abhilash. Another student, Himani, compered the programme.
